Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Saveure, LLC, which operates Dheed ("Dheed", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Dheed, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Dheed for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
1. The service
Dheed is online software for local service businesses: customers and leads, scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoices and payments, an AI Receptionist, the Dheed AI assistant, business texting, automations, lead sources such as Google Sheets, websites, and on-demand services our team performs for you such as SEO, social media and ads management. Some features are add ons or depend on your plan. We may improve and change features over time.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the people you invite to your team. Tell us at contact@dheed.com right away if you think someone used your account without permission.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans and add ons are billed in advance, monthly, to the card on file through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Usage based charges, such as extra text blocks, AI Receptionist minutes, carrier registration fees and domain renewals, are billed as described in the app when you turn them on.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we say otherwise in writing.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. The new price applies from your next billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is resolved.
Details, including setup fees, carrier fees, domains and on-demand services, are on our Billing, Cancellation and Refunds page.
4. Your data
You own the information you and your team put into Dheed. You allow us to store and process it only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data, and you can ask us for help with that.
5. Your responsibilities
- Consent for texts and calls: you must have the permission the law requires before you text or call anyone through Dheed, including automated texts and AI calls, and you must honor opt outs. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, carrier rules for business texting, and the CAN SPAM Act.
- Accurate business information: information you give for phone number and texting registration must be true and complete.
- No health records: do not store protected health information or other highly sensitive data, such as full card numbers or government ID numbers, in Dheed.
- Your content: you are responsible for your website text, messages, templates and files, and you must have the right to use them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Dheed to send spam or unwanted messages, mislead or harass anyone, break the law, infringe anyone's rights, spread malware, try to break into or overload the service or other accounts, or resell Dheed without our written permission. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the full rules.
7. Other services
Dheed works with services run by others, such as Stripe, Twilio, Google, voice AI providers and domain registrars. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control, and a feature that depends on one may stop working if that provider changes or stops it.
8. AI features
The AI Receptionist, Dheed AI, call summaries and AI writing can make mistakes. Our AI Policy explains how they use your data. Review important information, and do not rely on AI output as legal, medical or financial advice. Tell callers they are speaking with an AI assistant where the law requires it.
9. Websites and domains
Domains you buy through Dheed are registered in your business's name and renew as described in the app while your website add on is active. You can ask for the transfer code to move a domain elsewhere.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dheed at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay, and we will try to give notice first when we reasonably can. After closing, you can ask for an export of your data for 30 days.
11. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Dheed available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every call, text or email will be delivered.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dheed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Dheed harmless from claims that come from your content, your messages and calls, or your breaking these terms or the law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell account owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using Dheed after that means you accept the new terms.
15. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Saveure, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about Dheed.
