SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages that Dheed (operated by Saveure, LLC) sends to people who use Dheed: business owners and their team members. Texts that a business sends to its own customers from its own number follow that business's SMS terms.

1. Program

Program name: Dheed Account Alerts. Sent from: Dheed's toll-free number.

Dheed texts you about your Dheed account and your business, for example:

• A summary after your AI Receptionist answers a call (every call, only new leads and bookings, or only urgent calls: you choose)
• Alerts about new leads, bookings and urgent calls
• Important account and billing notices
• Replies from Dheed support when you text us

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

2. How you sign up

You sign up inside your Dheed account: open Account, enter your mobile number under Text messages, check the consent box (it is never checked for you) and click Save. Agreeing is not required to use Dheed. You can see the form and the exact wording on our sign-up page.

Right after you sign up, we text you: "Dheed: You are signed up for Dheed account and call alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

3. How often

Message frequency varies with your activity, for example one text per answered call if you choose every call. You can lower it to urgent calls only, or turn texts off, in your Account page at any time.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Dheed does not charge you for these texts.

5. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any Dheed text to stop all texts from Dheed. We confirm by text and send nothing more. To start again, reply START or check the box again in your Account page.

6. Your information

We use your mobile number only to send you these texts and to run your account. Mobile numbers and text consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Other

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have their permission. We may change these terms; we will tell you by email or in the app before important changes.
