Privacy Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

Dheed is a customer management service for local service businesses, operated by Saveure, LLC ("Dheed", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Dheed at dheed.com and app.dheed.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers

It covers people who sign up for and use Dheed (business owners and their team members), and people who visit our sites. Businesses also use Dheed to keep information about their own customers. For that customer information, the business decides what is collected and why, and we handle it on the business's behalf and under its instructions. If you are a customer of a business that uses Dheed, please contact that business about your information; we will help them answer you.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business data or your customers' data to advertise to them.

4. Google user data

If you choose "Sign in with Google" to connect a Google Sheet as a lead source, Dheed asks Google only for the drive.file permission, plus your email address to show which account is connected. With this permission Dheed can open only the spreadsheets you pick in the Google Picker. It cannot see the rest of your Google Drive.

Dheed's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Text messages

Businesses on Dheed send texts only to people who agreed to receive them or who texted first. Anyone can reply STOP to stop texts from a business, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Who we share information with

We use trusted providers to run Dheed. They may process information only to provide their service to us:

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypt stored secrets such as access tokens and passwords for connected services, limit staff access, and keep each business's data separate from other businesses. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away at contact@dheed.com if you think your account was misused.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your business data within 90 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax, billing or security reasons, and backups, which are overwritten on a regular schedule.

9. Your choices and rights

You can see and update most of your information in Dheed. You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it by writing to contact@dheed.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

10. Health information

Dheed is a sales and scheduling tool. It is not designed to store protected health information, and businesses must not enter patients' medical information in Dheed.

11. Children

Dheed is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update the date above and tell account owners by email or in the app before the changes take effect.
