Data Processing and Subprocessors

Last updated October 16, 2026

This page explains how Dheed handles the information businesses keep about their own customers, and lists the companies that help us run Dheed.

1. Our roles

For the information your business keeps in Dheed about your customers, leads and contacts, your business decides what is collected and why, and Dheed processes it on your behalf and under your instructions, as a service provider (often called a processor). For your own account information as a Dheed customer, Dheed is responsible as described in our Privacy Policy.
