Affiliate Terms

These terms apply when you join the Dheed affiliate program. They add to our Terms of Service. Saveure, LLC runs the program.

1. Who can join

Any Dheed account can join, on any plan including Free, if you are 18 or older. You can join from Affiliate program in your account, or sign up at dheed.com/affiliates, which creates a free account for you.

2. Referrals

• A referral is a new business that creates a Dheed account within 60 days after opening your link (or by using your code when signing up).
• Your own business, businesses you own, and businesses that already had a Dheed account do not count.
• If a person opened more than one affiliate's link, the last link they used before signing up gets the credit.

3. What you earn

• 30% of your referral's first monthly payment and 30% of every setup fee they pay.
• 20% of every later monthly payment, for as long as they keep paying Dheed.
• Commission is on the amount actually paid, after discounts and before sales tax. Carrier texting fees passed through at cost, extra minute purchases and on-demand services do not earn commission.
• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment in case of refunds or chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, the matching commission is removed, or taken from your future earnings if it was already paid.

4. Getting paid

• You can withdraw once your available balance reaches $250. We pay by PayPal, Zelle or check, usually within 10 business days.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. In the United States we ask for a W-9 once your payouts reach $600 in a year and send you a 1099 form.

5. How you may promote Dheed

• Be honest. Only say what is true about Dheed, do not promise results, and make clear that you may earn a commission (for example "I earn a commission if you sign up").
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk email or texts, no messages to people who did not agree to hear from you, and follow the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA.
• Do not bid on "Dheed" as a search ad keyword, pretend to be Dheed, or make sites or accounts that look like ours.
• Do not sign yourself up through your own link, use fake accounts, or pay people to sign up.

6. Changes and ending

We may change rates or these terms with 30 days' notice by email; earnings already recorded keep their rate. Either side can end your participation at any time. If we end it for breaking these terms, unpaid commission connected to the breach is not paid. Otherwise we pay what you earned once it passes the hold period, even if it is under the minimum.
